Revised Price and
Specifications for Detached Single-Family Houses (July 2000)
Below are the revised base prices as of July 1, 2000 and typical
specifications for all six models of the detached single-family homes in
the East Campus/Trinity Heights project. These base prices have increased
by an average of 1.1% over the prices published in December 1999 to reflect
escalation in labor and/or material costs incurred by the builder since
the start of the year. The actual specifications for a particular house
will be included in the signed contracts. To the extent that there is a
conflict between any specifications below and any previously issued specifications,
the specifications below are intended to supersede the previous specifications.
To the extent that there is a conflict between any specifications below
and the specifications found in a signed written contact, the contractual
specifications will be controlling.

Prices for the optional garages have not been finally established, but
are likely to be approximately $15,000 for a garage only, approximately
$35,000 for a garage with a finished office/apartment in an open floor
plan above, and approximately $37,000 for a garage with a finished office/apartment
with a bedroom above.

Optional garages will be unfinished with exposed framing

Each optional garage will have two 8' x 7' panel metal garage doors (no
glass panels), one window, one 2'8" metal service door with window, 2 outlets,
2 overhead keyless light fixtures, and prewires for garage door operators
(GARAGE DOOR OPERATORS NOT INCLUDED, but available as an option)

A hose bib on an optional garage is included only on a garage with finished
office/apartment containing plumbing fixtures

There will be a "Fence Letter" setting forth the details of fencing attached
to each contract; in some cases, it will be included in the base sales
price and in others buyers will receive a credit for agreeing to provide

Any required exterior steps on a house or garage will be built with
treated lumber and will not be painted.
