The project will have fifteen townhouses in two Georgian-style brick buildings.  One townhouse building will face Sedgefield Street and have seven townhouses, four of the Lilly model and three of the Hart model.  The other townhouse building will face Markham Avenue and East Campus and have eight townhouses, six of the Jarvis model, one Kilgo arched over the alleyway, and one Giles at the corner of Markham and Berkley. Please note that the base prices below are for the unit including an UNFINISHED basement and garage.  The square footage calculations, remeasured per the final plans, include all the living space on the first and second floor of each unit, plus the number of heated square feet contained in the basement's laundry room and stairway (a little over 100 sf per unit).
